Cart rentals will be $15 per person, and are by reservation only. There will be a 1:00 P.M. shotgun start, and soft drinks will be provided throughout the course. Please include all fees with your application, and forms may be dropped off at the Forest Country Club or Forest Area Chamber of Commerce.
